Liquid Flex Plus C Ingredients:

One ounce (2 tablespoons) contains: MSM 2,000 mg, Vitamin C 2,000 mg, Glucosamine Sulfate 500 mg, ionic Copper 1.5 mg, and Purified Water. Suggested Use for Flex Plus C: Adults: 1 to 2 tablespoons before a meal twice daily. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.
