Ionic Liquid Calcium Supplement
By Angstrom Minerals™

Liquid Calcium Ingredients:

ionic liquid Calcium by Angstrom Minerals

Ionic* Calcium (1,500 ppm), Purified Water.

* "Most minerals [from food] are 8-12% absorbable, Chelated Minerals are 40% absorbable, and liquid... Minerals are 98% absorbable, being 7000 times smaller than Red blood cells, with negative-charge for absorption." - Joseph B. Marion; Anti-aging Manual. ("With a negative charge" means the minerals are ionic.)

Suggested Use for Calcium:

Adults: 1/2 to 1 ounce (1 to 2 tablespoons) daily. May be added to fruit or vegetable juice.
Consult a health care practitioner for use with individuals under the age of 14.

Important Notes Concerning Calcium:

  • The suggested serving size is an absolute minimum intended to supplement a very well balanced diet. Feel free to increase the amount. Ionic Calcium does not build up in the body, so creating Calcium deposits is not an issue.

  • The use of certain medications, tobacco or alcohol increases the body's need for Calcium; so does heavy exercise. Other circumstances (such as stressful conditions) may further increase the body's need for Calcium.

Angstrom Minerals™ Magnesium has twice the concentration as Angstrom Minerals™ Calcium, so taking equal amounts of each product provides that balance. Since Calcium and Magnesium both enter our cells through the same receptor sites, it is best to separate the two minerals. Calcium is best taken in the evening as it tends to aid relaxation. Magnesium is usually best taken in the morning. For more information on nutrients and their relationships, please read our page on opposing and synergistic nutrients.
